YESTERDAY AT COORS...LHP Madison Bumgarner held the Rockies hitless through 5.1 innings before Tyler Colvin tripled with one out in the bottom of the 6th...it was the 5th time in the last 4 seasons that a Giants pitcher had a no-hitter through at least the 1st 5 innings of a game at Coors Field.

RYAN THERIOT... Was the Opening Day shortstop for the 2011 World Series Champion St. Louis Cardinals... batted .271 (120-for-442) with 26 2Bs and 47 RBI with Cards last year, hitting mostly in leadoff spot... Made 87 starts at shortstop (91 games) and 17 starts at 2nd (35 games) in 2011.
