POSEY HONORED…Major League Baseball announced today that C Buster Posey was named the 2012 National League Comeback Player of the Year in a vote by the 30 Club beat reporters from MLB.com…the Rays’ Fernando Rodney was the AL winner…the traditional Comeback Player of the Year award, which The Sporting News has presented annually since 1965, will be announced at a later date.
