Grateful Dead Night
Tonight was our fourth annual Grateful Dead Night, which brought some Bay Area music legends to AT&T Park. Bob Weir, Trixie Garcia, daughter of Jerry, and longtime deadhead and NBA Hall of Famer Bill Walton threw the ceremonial first pitch, and Tim Flannery joined Bob Weir to sing the national Anthem with his brother Tom Flannery. Before the game, Grateful Dead tribute band Moonalice preformed in Triples Alley and on the dugout top. Fans who attended the pregame party in Triples Alley were able to participate in a Q&A with Trixie Garcia, her mother Carolyn “Mountain Girl” Garcia and Bill Walton.
