FIVE FOR 40…OF Hunter Pence five ve doubles shy of reaching the 40 double plateau for the first time in his career…if he reaches this he’d become the sixth Giants player to have 40 doubles and 20 home runs in the same season, joining Jeff Kent (1999, 2000, 2001, 2002), Barry Bonds (1998), Jack Clark (1978), Willie Mays (1959) and Pablo Sandoval (2009).
