Another Franchise Record hit the dust tonight when Madison Bumgarner pitched the fourth Giants shutout in a row. With great defense by the Giants, the Reds were only able to get one hit, but the Giants were able to score 5 runs on their 9 hits, including a blast by Bumgarner in the 7th inning. Bumgarner recorded his 10th win of the season, and with the Dodgers loss tonight the Giants are alone in first place for the first time this season.
