The Giants have 10 uniformed personal from Venezuela on the field this season (shown here with a gravity-defying Greek): Yusmeiro Petit, Hector Sanchez, Ehire Adrianza, Jose Alguacil, Gregor Blanco, Pablo Sandoval, Guillermo Moscoso, Marco Scutaro and Jean Machi (Caracas native, Jose Mijares not pictured and George Kontos elevating)

On July 2, 1954 Ray Monzant became the first player from Venezuela to play for the Giants when he started the game against the Pittsburgh Pirates.  This year the Giants have 9 players and 1 coach representing the South American country.

Family Day

Earlier this year the Giants’ players had a chance to share AT&T Park with their loved ones.  Families were invited to pose for portraits and play a softball game before the Giants took on the Dodgers.

Reflections From The Road

Sunglasses and Helmets are great for blocking the sun and protecting the head, but they are also wonderful for the reflections they give.

SERIES VICTORIES… The Giants have won each of their last three series (COL, LAD, NYM), marking the most consecutive series victories they have won all season…it’s the first time the Giants have won at least three straight series since last years playoffs and the first time in the regular season since winning seven consecutive sets at the end of last season from Sept. 7-30.
