GREGOR BLANCO… Homered to lead off Game 2, marking the 19th leado! homer in World Series history…his leado! HR was the third leadoff homer in Giants postseason history and the first in the World Series.

PABLO PERFORMS ON BIG STAGE… IF Pablo Sandoval has recorded a team-high 23 hits this postseason, just one shy of his franchise record for a single postseason (24 hits in 2012 postseason)…Sandoval is also just two hits shy of the highest single-season total ever in postseason play, shared by Darin Erstad (2002), David Freese (2011) and Marquis Grissom (1995).
